EIGHT Years Running - EWG Names Block Island Organics a Best Sunscreen & Daily SPF

We're excited to announce that once again we made the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) list of best sunscreens in there 2022 Sunscreen Guide:

• EIGHT years running our Natural Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 is a Best Recreational Sunscreen
• SEVEN years running our Natural Face Moisturizer SPF 30 is a Best Daily Use SPF

This is the 16th year of the EWG’s Annual Guide to Sunscreens. The EWG is a non-profit and non-partisan organization and its mission is to protect our health and the environment. 

This year's EWG's guide reviewed over 1,850 sunscreens and found that:

"only about one in four products, or 500, meets our standards for adequate sun protection and avoids ingredients linked to known health harms."
