With the New Year many of us make resolutions to be more active and get in shape. It's certainly on my mind even if my short list of resolutions has a few others! So in honor of this and to fight the winter blues below is our Top 10 list of fun activities for the cold winter months. They'll all keep you active, some will get you in the snow, others require a little ice and one may be difficult to find but with the Olympics coming up, it could be a hit.
If none of them quite pique your interest, a brisk walk or a jog is also a great way to stay active when all you want to do is snuggle by the fire.
Of course, don't forget your sunscreen in the Winter. Sometimes the effects of the sun are even stronger due to winter snow and ice. No matter what, sun protection throughout the year is best. Enjoy our Top 10 list and let us know your thoughts in the comments. We'd love to hear what you're up to!
