by kelly / September, 16 2015 01:30
Summer is officially over - I know it's sad. Below are five fall skin care tips [More]

Black Ink Tattoos, Skin Cancer and the Need for Sunscreen

by kelly / September, 9 2015 01:30
Yes my title is a lot and I'll get to explaining everything and how it all works together. Recently I happened upon some articles related to blackwork tattoos and the prevention of skin cancer that stemmed from a study completed earlier in the summer. Blackwork tattoos are tattoos that use black ink. Protecting Your Eyes in the Sun

by kelly / June, 11 2014 01:30
Summer is here and the Polar Vortex is gone! It’s been so nice to have sunshine and to be able to spend some weekends out and about, enjoying the weather. Of course I make sure to wear sunscreen every day and I might even put on a higher SPF in the summertime, as I tend to spend more time out in the sun than in the winters. I’m well covered on my face and body but one part I tend to neglect at times are my eyes. Yes your eyes need protection from the sun as well. [More]

A Bracelet That Measures Sun Exposure? It Exists...

by Will / January, 15 2014 01:30
The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) took place last week in Las Vegas. If you're unfamiliar with CES, it's an annual electronics show where all the latest gadgets are debuted from small and large companies alike. It certainly doesn't sound like a place where anything to do with sun safety would come out of. This year, not so, as Netatmo announced their soon to be released JUNE bracelet. [More]
